    I have combed all the net trying to get email address to the education ministry, I could not find one. They however, have fax and phone numbers.

    I called the Ministry and a kindly lady gave me this email address, "minister@moe.gov.gh". I have emailed Ebo's article to her, with a note. It has not bounced back so far. So I hope it is genuine.
