Kutu brought regional development boards so each region was to identify and come up with economic development plans . JJ followed suit but we have people who will oppose anything. Only they will not come up with anything . ghana is stagnant as we shout about free enterprise but we do not practice it What is there to stop us from having backyard poultry and vegetable gardens . Why import everything. Let us make up our minds to form coops and produce therby create wealth
