The fact that Bui dam project has been broached durimg Nkrumah's time does not mean credit should go to him. It was the Npp that sourced for funds and actually started the project with $600 milliom loan. Bui dam is a credit to Npp.

EO group got 1.75% share of the jubilee field and Ghana government has no hand in it as that share was given to EO group by Kosmos oil company. EO group never had any contract with Ghana government and even if that 1.75% not 5% is taken away from EO group, it will revert to Kosmos and not Ghana.
Now you think Ghana got the short end of the stick with 13.75% plus 5% royalties and 35%% tax on gross profit. Let's look at what your ndc did when they got a chance of signing a better contract with Tapp oil of Australia for the Keta Basin part of the oil coast. Ndc signed for only 10%. Google GNPC signed contract with Tapp Oil.
Ndc under Rawlings was duped to hedge Obuasi goldfields gold like Tsikata did by playing lotto with GNPC money and lost that led to low gold prices in the late 90's that bankcrupted Obuasi goldfields and led to its sale.
Go and do more research on these issues before you come here and make a mockery of yourself.
