This is a nice write up and as my collegue said, he should keep himself fit so that he and Gyan can destroy our opponents for us. if we are able to assemble a FULLY Fit squad like the team we presented against Egypt(Experience and Youthful exuberance)then our team can go places. My worry is however with our goal keeping department. They seem to have a very serious challenge with aerial balls(I mean all the three)and if we do not work on that then that will let us down in the world cup

Abedi Pele, Mohammed Polo, Abdul Razak and even the Great Baba Yara were all from the North so stop your foolish divisions. Don't bring tribal politics into this, the Black Stars is the only thing we share together as one country.

EAST AND WEST,we are proud Ghanaians we love our country very well it does not matter where one come from, even if the person fell from the sky and landed on GHANA soil he or she is Ghanaian, one nation under GOD.So lets focus on Black Stars going to Brazil 2014 and how to beat Egypt again even in their own backyard, regardless of FIFA decision on where the match should be played.Advise to GFA still insist on FIFA to playing on a neutral ground bcos Egypt is still a dangerous place, but no matter what or where the 2nd leg is played BLACK STARS should go into the game with a mindset of never to lose, guys you should play as if you need a win to qualify forget your 6-1 victory. The whole world would be watching and the whole of GHANA is with you both in spirit and in prayers and by GOD'S grace no matter the intimidation from the crazy Egyptian crowd or even if their military are standing on guard with guns inorder to intimidate you,REMEMBER STAY STRONG AND DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED you would come out on top with complete victory.Remember the pressure is on the Egyptians so do not allow them the luxury of taking charge, take total control of the midfied and play your game, just relax and stay tough and no nonsense and take charge of the whole game, that is the secret of going far all the way to the finals in Brazil 2014.Meanwhile just beat Egypt I want a goal each from Prince Boateng,Dede Ayew and Essien, pls guys the world is yours to take you have just 90mins to prove it GOD bless you and thank you for your love of country,Ghana first forget tribes or religious divisions we are more smart and intelligent and proud to be Ghanaians we shall never go to the way of some African countries that allow divisions to break them up we are too smart to go that route

This Waris guy is my kind of player, outpacing, out-jumping and harassing defenders and in the process, creating fear and panic in the opponents defense. This is the kind of a player the black Stars were lacking after Appiah left the team. I can put my last plate of banku on the block that if this boy is 100% fit by the time of the world cup, Ghana is guaranteed at least five goals from him in the world cup tournament. Waris, don't put me to shame. Go high and do it for Ghana.

When I first saw this guy play for the BS, I was wondering where he just suddenly appeared from. Now I know, he just did not fall off from the skies and downed a BS jersey. He had done the proper apprenticeship at the Right to Dream Academy in the Eastern Region. No wonder he has all the attributes of a seasoned, dangerous opportunistic striker. This is the type of striker Ghana has been missing for the last couple of years where the responsibility of scoring the goals were squarely placed on Gyan's shoulders. We now have a powerful double strike force in Gyan and Waris. Great.

I took his goal scoring in Sweden as a fluke because the Swedish league didn't look all that to me. I initially agreed to his Black Stars call but doubted his abilities thinking he wasn't ready yet for B/Stars after 3 or 4 matches of not very good display. However, he's come up very good in recent matches and am loving the partnership and understanding between him and Gyan. For me I think it was good Appiah left him behind during the nations cup. Warris hadn't found his rhythm with the team then. It takes time and patience for some players to gel but the senior national team has no time for that. If you don't pull your weight, you have to go back and work harder. I hope he continues stronger and even do better than we've so far seen. Best of luck Waris.

Boss, we're all humans and not one of us can be 100% right. I try to be fair as much as I can because I have the nations interest at heart. Sometimes out of desperation, I might not route for a particular player due to one or two that I've noticed of him. Therefore, when I'm proved wrong, I should be bold enough to say I was wrong. He who knows everything, learns nothing but I don't know everything so I'm learning and I hope all will bare with me where I'm weak.
