  You have said it all my brother, the problem is our laws & the enforcing agencies .eg. the Police,there are too many loop holes in our laws;instead of to make it black & white that for instance,if one steals a chicken, should be jailed for 2 years,they would intentionally creat a loop hole, and depends on how much the suspects pays, he is left off-hook by the manipulation of the law.Somtimes,judgement is giving,appeal is made only for another judge to say the first trial-judge erred in his ruling, incredible indeed, were they reading judgement from different criminal code or the same Ghana criminal code? so you can see the source of ourlegal weakness and how the real thiefs are exploiting,to the disadvantage of the goat, cassava,plantain &chicken thiefs.
