Based on your education and exposure to the outside world, if you have any idea about how to shove your country to success you should do it.
1) Write about programs that could elevate the poor, the old, the invalid and those with infirmities in our societies. 2) Write about how it’s Important for all the citizenry including foreigners to have proper I D cards to assist in the prevention of crime. 3) Write about the importance to have street names, to have proper reflective signboards That is your challenge

He should elevate one of his family members (preferably a brother-in-law) to the position of Senior Minister. As the saying goes, what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

You have missed the point Naked. You are creating another problem by not accepting the fact that there is tribalism in Ghana. The first step in moving forward to solve this problem is to accept its existence in Ghana and begin to educate ourselves as to how to move away from that. For once let us take responsibility for our actions and not blame it on others. Any time you blame others you blind your self from the solution. When you take responsibility you have 50% of the problem solved. But when you deny and blame others you compound the problem.

Today we were told that one of the terrorist who murdered and maim people at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi was a Somali citizen of Norway. That quickly bring my mind to the terror of child labour that is being unleashed on Africa by nationals of Norway and Denmark. Thinking deeply one will conclude that so as these people are preventing us from giving skills to our children they are at the same time training others as terrorist against us.
That also send my mind back to the winter of 1978 when the war between Ethiopia and Somalia was about to begun, a war that was instigated by U.S. and her allies to put their stooges in power or turn presidents in Africa into one. The came the ruse of Soviet occupation of Afghanistan,the arming of the Islamic terrorist in Tarabora in Pakistan in which all members of the European Union and NATO participated, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Nigeria then under Shehu Shagari, Kenya and even Ghana under Liman.
These same people were used in the wars in Azerbadjan, Yugoslavia, Russian Kavkaz, Russia itself, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, Kenya and Uganda. It is a fact that the U.S. did not question Saudi Arabia when the majority of those involved in the terrorist attack of 11/9/2001 are Saudis.
It is a fact that almost all those who are involved in these terrorist acts around the globe are trained, given logistics and armed by the Saudi monarchy acts that are supported by the west, of which even Boko Haram is not an exception.
The bloody part of tribal genocide can be traced to the Old Testament where Jews and their god killed Egyptians, inflicted diseases and drawn them. That cruelty and banditry was again exhibited in Canan when according to the Bible people were murdered and their property robbed, including their building wives and children.
That type of behaviour is the norms of Judaism, Christianity and Islam as was implemented during the period of inquisition, racial segregation, apartheid, colonialism and now neocolonialism. Thus racism and tribalism is part and parcel of the norms and behavior of members of the Abram religions and it has to a long extend been incorporated in the foreign policies of countries which are predominately adherents of the Abram religions.
Religion is build around myths, illusions and ignorance. It is common to hear western leaders still basing their alleged facts on ignorance and hearsay, one of which was Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, the lark of freedom in socialist countries at a point in time those who accuse others of not being democratic practiced racial segregation, women were deprived of voting and owing property. In the kingdoms of some of their best friends a woman can not leave her home alone without first covering her face and being accompanied by a man.
The issue of racism and tribalism is all about the absurdity our leaders and priests put us in so that they continue to live their life in comfort at our expense.

I like the last paragraph: "The issue of racism and tribalism is all about the absurdity our leaders and priests put us in so that they continue to live their life in comfort at our expense". It acknowledges our complicity in this crime against humanity. For what ever reason, our own brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, etc. collaborate with outsiders to commit these crimes. And until we get to a point where we can act, by not allowing ourselves to be used to kill our fellow brothers and sisters, just knowing means nothing. The difficulty is not just knowing that there is racism or tribalism, but knowing what to do to reduce or end it. So start from home. Empower our brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers in all manner of ways that will make them not collaborate with the external enemy.

Tribalism:- Means being loyal to a tribal group. Racism:- Means feeling superior to other race. Ignorance:- Lack of knowledge.
The title of the article was drawn out of the definitions of Tribalism, Racism and Ignorance.
” Ignorance of Tribalism and Racism Must Stop Now” Meaning (Ignorance) Lack of knowledge that pushes somebody to have the concept OF Tribalism and Racism must stop now. In other words people must Stop the mentality Of having the feel of (Tribalism) belonging to only that tribe and (Racism) feeling superior. It takes ignorance for somebody to have that feel of Tribalism and Racism so it must be stopped by the people having that feeling.
What is so convoluted in this common sentence that you don’t understand?
