The worst-case scenario ist that he will fail Ghanaians and more so the complicit who were paid to do what they did.You see Mahama can pay Rawlings to boost up the image of Atubuga but you can bear with me that Atuguba will always remain a complicit because his rulings in the 2012 electoral petition have no fair and clean electorial legal backing which can bear him out.But if one argues that, given the prevailing political circumstances and experiences,the law was not necessarily the determining factor then one can consider if it was in that way expedient in other words something that is a means to an end.In this case the role of Akufo Ado will always be nobel and remarkable.

For once, you're being objective. Still there are a couple of things I'd disagree with.
1. This gimmick of the President visiting construction sites is unnecessary unless you want him to go down as the Propagandist in Chief. During Mills' time both the President and his VP did a lot of this, cutting the sod here and there, and yet ended up actually doing nothing, unless you believe all the lies the NDC told in its Green Book! The President must have the right policies and get competent people on the ground to execute them. If he does that, most Ghanaians wouldn't even have to be told that the government is indeed working.
2. As Nkrumah believed, we must look neither East nor West; we must look forward. That means dealing with whoever may help us achieve our national objectives with the minimum possible economic and political cost.
On a lighter note, from the record of the Mills/Mahama administrations so far, there doesn't seem to be any credibility to the NDC appropriating that CPP slogan: "Forward Ever". In fact, so far it's been "backward ever" from the post-Rawlings NDC!

Remember Nkrumah in Conakry stated there must be a new type of political party different from the CPP, hence his formation of the All African People's Revolutionary Party, see Handbook of guerilla warfare, panaf, 1970? Implementation, quality service delivery is what people want. Be frank, what will the current CPP do different from the NDC and the NPP? Just look at the ANC of South Africa and its performance. I have come to the realisation that people who are accusing others as a tribalist are the worst offenders themselves. One cannot live in their town and have peace if you are not of their stock but they will turn round to accuse others sometimes without any shred of evidence that they are tribalist. What you should understand is that, during the campaign period, JM said they have built a firm economic foundation which was ready to take off. Is that what we are seeing? For five good years, Ghanaians have been told to tighten belts and hope for the best but yet there is no hope in sight. So if you are objective, the complains from a section of Ghanaians are natural response to the delienma that are going through. If not for the fact that you want JM who is your northern brother to be there whether he's doing well or not, I do not see the reason why you will support this government because it is a journey to nowhere. We are just running in circles.

I don't see where NPP fits in this article. Advance your own arguments for why JDM will succeed and stop dragging NPP in. You cannot expect NPP and NDC to have same type politics. Each type has its own merits and demerits.
