    Police can not stop you from demonstrating, but you need their protection, so if the Police say they can offer you that at a particular time what is your problem? If you think you can do without the police go ahead!

    you do not need any court order or any macho man to stop the police. If you read the law well , even if the police tell you not to go on a demonstration, you can still go. the only way the police can prevent is to go to court ...
