Great article Patrick. I also tour the place when I donated a hospital equipment to the Pantang Hospital on behalf of the Ghanaian Canadian Nurses Association of Ontario. Indeed, the who hospital is well sited, appears to have been well planned but crying for a major face lift. It is very unfortunate that the culture of maintenance is totally lacking in Ghana; too bad! At that time, there was only one Psychiatrist Dr. Ana Dzadey, hope she is still working there.
