It is a sad state of affairs. Just about 6 years ago a lot of institutions , countries and individuals were praising us. Now no more.

The way to approach this corruption question is not to play politics with it.What will be achieved by demonstration if the demonstrators are not only there to draw attention to themselves. There must be a national strategy to combat this canker from the Ghanaian psyche because it is deeply ingrained and for a political party to take to the street as if taking to the street will combat corruption is hypocritical.
There must be a systematic educational campaign against corruption and laws put in place to deal seriously with offenders. This must cut across party lines and the ppp must not take advantage of this national problem to its advantage.
The leader of the NPP is not absolved from corruption. In fact he has a lot to answer for because many suspect he has a skeleton in his cupboard.Until he clears himself from those allegations, his party has no moral to take to the streets.
