    SC HAS MADE THEIR DECISION, BUT THE VALUE OF THE JUDGEMENT IS ALMOST USELESS FOR THE FUTURE. NDC RULES TODAY. THE SCHOOL SCHOOL CAN NOT EVEN MAKE USE OF THIS REASONING IN CLASS.

    Can this supreme court judgment stand any international scrutiny. For me the image of Ghana's judiciary is what matters. Don't let us be partisan but be nationalistic.
