Strangely enough some justices questioned petitioners along that line during proceedings. Added to Tsikata's assertion with a very long unrelated references there were published fears expressed over the consequences of annulments among which was unfairness to the voter.
It is unfortunate that the objectivity was lost. The law must be obeyed at all times

It calls for a censor of what is permissible in an enlightened discourse in a public forum.
I believe that this particular contributor to this forum has gone too far lately in his contribution.He is virtually committing libel and using this platform in a way that is not acceptable discourse in a civilized society and it is high time the web master intervenes.
Judges by convention are not supposed to answer accusations thrown on them on a public platform and deserves protection.Judges are not above criticism but to go out of your way to cast slurs on them when they can not answer back is unacceptable.Many people think Adofo is mad so the webmaster must not give him a platform to exhibit his insanity.Something must be done and urgently too otherwise this forum will lose its credibility.

What?!!! That constitutional and electoral laws are immaterial......The impression the whole judgement gives alone is not good at all.If a justice will not be firm and stand on the very constitution that governs the entire nation to judge irrespective of whose favour it will go by just calling a spade a spade,then we are in trouble!By the time one finishes reading her judgement there are only two conclusions one might be tempted to make.That is...1. either she is not intelligent or 2. that she was probably bribed to write the kind of judgement she wrote! In all honesty these are the very conclusions one is tempted to make.But tell you what,personally I believe this woman is intelligent,else she wouldn't have risen to her current position,so that cancels any temptation to say she is not intelligent.This then leaves one to the only possible conclusion left....whether she was bribed! God have mercy,whatever made her write that kind of judgement,only she and her God know.It is so disappointing,annoying and very embarrassing! Just ask yourself, if the outcome of the results would have changed if the POs signed the PS. If the petitioners had no hidden agenda - which was the hope that 6 of the judges were appointed by kuffour and they just needed 5 of them to uphold their petition - they would have taken the final figures that were collated and fed into the decision on who won the polls and compare that to the number of people who voted at those polling stations to establish their over-voting. The biometric register could also be used to verify those who voted without verification or just contact a few of your agents who were assigned to those polling stations and find out if what was recorded is what really transpired at those polling stations. My suspicion is that those they knew all these would not fly and therefore resorted to technicalities and errors which is a shame. Their own affidavits were full of errors but they expected the electoral process to be perfect. I rather feel sorry for the judges who upheld some of the reliefs, those are the guys who do not have this country at heart. Did any of the judges or the petitioners for that matter vote without biometric verification? Those justices were rather selfish and tried to jeopardize the peace that we are enjoying now. God will continue to bless this country has he has done over the years. The way our politics is going, it should tell you that the supreme being has a hand in it. Now listen to the NPP guys on the airwaves, they are now peddling their lies among themselves and calling for ceasefire everywhere. That is the inherent character of that Godforsaken party. You will remain in opposition for life. IDIOTS!!!!
