Certainly, we don't need more ministries but we need this one. Some of the ministries are irrelevant such as the ministry of information.

That is why we are so backward in our efford to improve our conditions of life. Obviously, the authors are making powerful arguments for the establishment of another ministry. What do you have to say about those arguments? To dismiss their article as nonsensical is suggestive of the fact that you do not understand the import of their arguments. Do you? If you do understand, I expect you to make counter-arguments against their arguments.
Most progressive nation-states in Africa, including South Africa have ministry of higher education. Will you say that those nations are backward? Think twice before you write. By the way, the culture of dismissing suggestions made by others without any analysis or evaluation is the cause of our social, political and economic backwardness in Ghana.
