This is a load of bull! What scientific journal do you edit? Do you apply objectivity in asessing submitted papers! Are you arguing that if President A from "Tribe" Z appoints all his/her sministers, etc, from Tribe Z, it is fair and acceptable simply because only those in Tribe Z are competent and who would serve the needs of the state! Too many of us are blinded by sycophantic adulation of our party and "tribe." As an editor, your ideas here don't cut any muster. You are a disgrace to the academy!
