This will determine the genuineness of the NPP petition.

If there were so called IMOV's from NPP strong holds then the whole petition was frivolous and any reform should be geared at preventing frivolous petitions in future. Of course attention would be given to correcting administrative errors.

Let's look at the data of all electoral disputes globally which have been adjudicated and let's see if rulings in favor of the declared winner is skewed only in Africa.
That should inform your comment. Deviation from the prevailing trend does not necessarily impugn the integrity of the court system.
