My only fear is that:
If these GYGs wouldn't be groomed & fed with the usual present utopish political mindsets & the self-interests of our Ghana's (do-little) older political (GOGs) generations.

Our inability to tweak the factors of production is the reason why we are where we are. LAND, CAPITAL, LABOUR and ENTERPRISE resources. What does it take to tweak these factors to accelerate our development. Do we need investors to do this for us when all that one has to do is to conduct studies, evaluate, formualate plans thereof and use it to contruct and build. Unfortunately for many us ordinary citizen, most if not all this key resources are vested in the state and those in charge are just not ready to build with Ghanaian hands. It's a shame. These capital from outside that we import that we call called investment only destroys our currency eventually and weakens our feeble economy the more

Yes i agree that we have some of the brightest young people in the world and some must be given leadership roles. We should however beware not to discard the old and experienced. The performance of some of our young ministers is nothing to write home about because they are not directed or do not seek advice from the old ones. They are as bad and corrupt as the old ones if not badder. Age doesn't matter to be corrupt. I am of the view that the young should not be suddenly catapulted to such positions but should be made to under study the experienced. Sometimes you need to go back in time to help you solve a current problem. Some of us still have brilliant ideas to offer but are not in political leadership roles. A nation that ignores experience does so at its own risk.
