We're talking elections again yet the ink on the supreme court verdict hasn't even dried? This is why we wonder how we got left so far behind by the likes of Singapore yet what they do is leave divisive politics aside until election time and they focus on building their country.Unlike them we in Ghana its electioneering 24/7 and we lose sight of development agenda.

Nana rides the elephant for sure! NPP leaders should be wise and realise that Ghanaians have now understood the reason why the NDC have been winning elections even when it's clear that they can do nothing good for the nation; when everybody is crying for help; when things continue to fall apart for the ordinary citizen, the NDC would connive with the EC to scuttle elections. The NDC have wider tentacles like the "octopus" to rope in some part of arms of govt. to come to their aid to foist their will on Ghanaians.
If our leaders are smart, they'll realise that God in HIS own wisdom has remove the thick cloak of corruption that the NDC have used to cover thins up. This is the time to stick to Nana Akufo-Addo. His courage an will has paid off; he's exposed the EC, NDC and even the Supreme Court. Those who've started causing problems by saying Nana should retire will live to regret it in 2016 should they attempt to chose Mr. Alan Kyeremaeng as flag bearer. I'm not against Alan contesting the presidential slot. Let's talk facts and wisdom---this is the very time Nana should lead the party and he'll beat John Mahama hands down, by telling Ghanaians what they already know, along with his alternative ideas to make Ghana a prosperous nation, through free education and the creation of job by abolishing the
"Guggisberg" way of doing business.
I'm not writing this piece to just advocate for Nana's candidature; I'm telling NPP leaders and the entire party members across the world the gospel truth. This is Nana's real time. Ghanaians have now understood it; they've discovered NDC's ways and means to steal in every election.
Infact majority of the Ghanaian electorate are angry and will make their voices be heard loud and clear this time. People should mark it on the wall. There isn't going to be any escape channels for the NDC. They'll be voted out! By God's grace it will happen. This time they cannot tell lies hoping to deceive unsuspecting Ghanaians. The NPP has to be vigorous in their campaign approach, by telling the truth as it is.\
The NDC may attempt to smear Nana again and that's where they'll look stupid! Right now, they don't have any other plan to deceive Ghanainas.

Used to be a man who owned a bar out in the middle of nowhere. Not too many people came to the bar, so he was trying to think of a good gimmick to get people to come. It so happened he was watching T.V. at the time and the parade for the circus was on. As the elephants went by he remembered reading somewhere that elephants don't laugh.
He went down to the circus and inquired about buying an elephant. It just so happen that there was an elderly elephant bull that the circus was planning to retire. After agreeing on a price, the man bought the elephant.
Back at the bar the man put a large jar on the bar with a sign reading: "Make the elephant laugh, $5.00 a shot, win $5,000."
Well, a lot of people thought they could make the elephant laugh, and soon the jar was almost full.
Then one night a man walked in and said to the bar owner, "I hear you will give any one who can make the elephant laugh $5,000."
"Yeah, he's out back"
After about five minutes tremendous, deep, thundering laughter could be heard coming from behind the bar. Every one in the bar raced back to see what was going on. When they got there the elephant was LAUGHING!!! The man could not believe his eyes. But, a bet was a bet after all and he paid the stranger who had made the elephant laugh.
A few weeks later and the elephant was still laughing. The bar owner could not stand it any more so he put a sign on the bar reading:
"Make the elephant cry, $5.00 a shot, win $5,000."
Again, a lot of people tried and tried, but they could not get the elephant to stop laughing. Finally the man who had gotten the elephant to laugh in the first place walked in. Upon seeing the sign, he inquired if anybody had had any luck in stopping the elephant from laughing. Seeings as no one had, he once more went back behind the bar to see the elephant.
In less than a minute a wail of grief cascaded over the bar. All the patrons ran out to see what was up. The elephant had huge tears running down its cheeks. Once again a bet was a bet and the bar owner paid the man. Before the man could leave, the bar owner asked how he had gotten the elephant to laugh and then to cry.
"Easy." said the man, "When I first went back there I told him my dick was bigger than his. And now I just proved it."
ITS EASY TO GET SOMEBODY TO LEAD THE NPP BUT CAN THEY BE ABLE TO BEAT MAHAMA AND LAUGH OR LOOSE TO MAHAMA AND CRY.

Like any pawn, Bawumia naively allowed himself to be used by Nana Addo to enhance his own chances of a shot at the presidency at his expense. Having almost achieved that, it's time to dump Bawumia. As an astute former foreign minister, Nana perfectly understands that in politics, like international relations, there are neither permanent friends nor enemies and that to secure one's vital interests, morality means nothing and everything is permissible. Poor Bawumia is too naive and innocent to know this and unwittingly accepts to be led to the abattoir to be slaughtered in order that Nana can achieve his life-long ambition of being president of Ghana.

None of the above may be suitable. The 2016 election is far away. It is possible that an entirely new face would pop-up just as Obama's did in the US.
