certainly all fair minded and objective persons cherish all virtues that are good to be the corner stones of all persons behaviors in whatever they do. but what do we find individuals and group of people doing? the issues of biases are real, and you ayeboafor is not excluded the list and practice of biases as the word connotes or means. l agree with all that our lords in the judiciary should always remain respected and not accused or maligned. but they also need to live above reproach in order to avoid the likelihood of being accused. we remember the bias tsatsu suffered from the hands of a team of justices doing the bid of the one who appointed them, that is mr. kuffour. and anyone choosing to ignore this angle of the issue, is choosing to be perceived and confirmed as being bias at least in the issues relating to tsatsu, his trial, and kuffour.

The real TRUTH is that there are Akans, particularly, Ashantis who have sworn sentimentally that they would rather go to hell than cohabit with Ewes. I have a lot of Ashanti friends and I have a lot of Ewe friends. When we talt of the truth, are you positioning yourself to deny this assertion. This hardening of stance can no doubt (emphasis mine) play into the arena of objectivity of judges, who regardless of the law, have a latitude in generating opinions that aqffect the fortunes of the adjudicated. After all, the law rests in the bosom of the judge. Tsatsu has been bold to hilight this fact. It stinks but it is true. Ghana does not belong to Ashanti and/or Ewes alone. They may well come together and pack out of here to leave us the peace to develop our dear nation. You may take this or leave it.

It is a known fact that Ayeboafo is an NPP sympathiser. This is a man who carries himself around as if he knows everything . We are no fools and can also appreciate issues. Some documents must have a signature before they are said to be authentic because not authors of every document must apply their signature before they are held liable, if the document is criminal or is written with a criminal intent.
The fact is that the election results from every polling station was announced loud to the hearing of all those present at the polling station, when the votes were declared. They were collected and added by all Ghanaians who have interest in the elections and what they all arrived at together with NPP arrived at the same result. So a child is supposed to be deprived of his father though he announced at the naming ceremony that the child is his, but did not sign the child naming certificate, thus lose his right to parenthood.
Yaw Asuah Boadu Ayeboafo what you wrote here is a reflection of your partisan position, but not the legality of the issue that the universal adult suffrage of a person can not be taken away from him by a court and a court can not turn a person into a goat. You and others are forcing the court to do what is not legal.
