Don't be simple, the dissenting judges asked for reruns. its not the same as annulments that would declar Nana Addo even thugh the strickt legal position would have permitted just that.

I don’t think the writer of this good piece is the Prof, we all know as Okoampa. But let’s be logical here. In advanced communities, if two elements have the same serial numbers, a child of 10 years old will not struggle to deduce that there is forgery involved.
We come from a country where the illogical is perceived as acceptable and judges have no courage to speak the truth. It’s good to hear the views of people (as many as possible) who understand the law. We shall be lapped many times in the development race until we muster courage to speak the truth.
We are all awaiting the judgement for the rationale behind the decision.
