We need to upgrade our mindsets to enable us cope with current global issues pertaining to our socio-economic development. Too much ignorance due to our high illiteracy rate which contributes to our current negative mindset thus giving our crooked politicians the chance to play mind games.

I enjoyed your piece but just a little philosophical for the ordinary reader. Great management tutorial but lay claim to the way forward especially with the civil service that is still trapped in the shackles of our colonial tutelage. It's simply sad to walk into an office in Ghana and instantly you ask yourself whether we are progressing as a society or retrogressing. Well you made a home run with that by your caption "them v us mindset". Long way to go but we shall surely get there by doubling down on the way we do things now.

"Our civil service model is on the old British empire concept, is also another example and we see the results." -- Huh? You call this a sentence?
"...need to be identifiable and insured and their values are stated." -- Wow, this is crystal clear to you?
"...this Poem called
Desiderata" -- Poems are in italics or quotation marks, and common nouns are not capitalized; this isn't German.
"...subscribe to the notion in the creation of world of a“ Big bang theory”...the world came into being with one swoop but in evolution ." -- What, what, and WHAT?
"...retract what the spokesperson had said." -- A person who speaks out against tyranny is not a spokesperson. Get your dictionary.
"They call it experience and so people who have left their closed cultural or traditional systems feel , now they know it all, though in reality, they would have exported their traditional norms to the new abode which is why they cling to the church and their social groups." -- And exactly how do the people feel? Right, you got carried away and didn't answer. And don't call traditional and church norms closed. You are close-minded for calling them closed. I'm a Christian and an Ashanti, and I don't like these kinds of negative statements.
"...traditional systems that we which to lived in and left behind to reside in the Diaspora." What in Grimm's name do the first 8 words mean? Also you don't live in a diaspora; it's not a location. And most Diaspora Africans were SOLD to the New World, so don't write as if they had a choice. I was born abroad; I didn't have a frigging choice or consciously decide to leave my "traditions."
Dangling sentences, incomplete thoughts, dependent clauses used as sentences, too many independent clauses crammed into single sentences, wordiness, confused spelling, big words that don't quite fit the context or flat-out don't belong in the sentence, moving from one topic to another, moving from A to G to C to R, Paragraphs that lack introductory sentences -- overall, a horrendously edited piece with rotten grammar that bashes religion and traditions -- 2 things that define every single human being. If I were to submit this monstrosity of an article to my strict fourth grade teacher, she would have given me a D.
Finally, that Pan-African European vomit that you are trying to feed us will never take root. I like to slice my onions. Feel free to dice yours, but don't preach from a high place, telling me to do what you do.

First of all, Darwin did NOT propose the Big Bang Theory, and my IQ just dropped 100 points reading this. You deserve an F- for your "work."

The question should be, "Can YOU read?" Do you see what you wrote? Set aside your insufferable jackassery, dust off your grammar books, and refresh your memory on apposition and antecedents.
Next time, check your facts before getting fired up, dude. The Big Bang theory is a cosmological model proposed by Georges Lemaitre that explains the origin of the universe. If you think that I am lying or that I "misread" what you wrote, check "Big Bang Theory" on Wikipedia.
I hope that you find this educational.

You're laughable. I speak and write in standard American English, not British English. My education is American. Furthermore, I was born and raised in Japan, so I have no idea where on Earth this "Queen's English standard" comment comes from. The rules of grammar exist in every language; it wasn't invented by the British. Get that straight. If a foreigner decides to speak French, Spanish, or Twi, it is normal for any native speaker to expect proper diction, not a butchering like how this guy did. Also, when arguing out a point, you need to speak and write correctly and succinctly in order to be taken seriously and for audiences of different walks of life to understand your argument. Period. This does not evince a Queen-colonial-whatever-it-is-you-said mindset.
And no, there is no wisdom in this piece. It's what it is -- Class A horse crap. I have better things to do than to argue with people who accuse those with different opinions of being colonial bigots. So, whatever.
