Akuffo Addo & Co were always counting on their allies on the supreme court to deliver the presidency for them.
But the internal struggles within the NPP have made matters worse for Akuffo Addo. But the real struggle is in the supreme court chambers--where the Kuffour justices are sweating-because the petitioners' case has been so weak--that they have no choice but to reject the petitioners' claims.

Sammy Awuku has exposed the corrupt and inner workings in the Judiciary that Ghanaians have long suspected of so much so that no amount of hiding can save and repair the tattered image of the seven (7) SC Judges who were implicated on the tape. Worst of all, Sammy has destroyed the NPP,s by suggesting that the party has no evidence and facts to prove thei case hence, relying on sympathy and goodwill of Judges who are politically inclined towards NPP. No doubt, majority of Ghanaians and indeed some leading and discerning NPP members such as Wereko Brobbey, Arthur Keneddy, Nyaho Tamakloe etc. have called for new leaders to take over this SINKING TITANIC.
