IN MANY COUNTRIES NOT EVEN IN "FIRST WORLD" BUT IN OTHER PROGRESSIVE THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES, THE IMPORTER FILLS IN HIS OWN FORMS AND CLEAR THE GOODS HIMSELF - NO CLEARING AGENTS AND NO EXPLOITATIVE AND PUNITIVE IMPORT DUTIES TO PAY.
GHANA IS A HECK OF A COUNTRY. OUR SUCCESSIVE "LEADERS" ARE COMPLETE FLOPS.
