Anyway, the origination of the 'galamsey' word brings back to memory a story Daddy told me when I was iron boy.
Daddy said any time they would line up in front of the colonial masters looking for jobs (maybe at the labour office) the boss-man will always walk through the men looking for Young energetic men to pick.
