"Since then, some have sought to rubbish the Supreme Court for its decision to haul before it those who try to undermine its authority. Among those who have attacked the SC in this regard are a Prof. Kweku Asare, who is conveniently sojourning in the USA and will not suffer directly if the recklessness of an irresponsible press plunges the country into civil war as it did in Rwanda."
Thank you Daily post for this brilliant article

Well done for your article and wish Ghanaians will read and ruminate upon it. We seem to be slowly heading in the same direction as Rwanda did some years ago and it's the illiterate poor who suffer worse. Most of the war-mongers will quickly sneak out of the country and use the media to propagate their evil intentions.

Your central point about the supreme justices taken appropriate and justified action to help avoid such scenarios is well made, and haven't it had its effects!!!
Have we not all noticed the change in tone of the discourse since, except for the 'intellectual apologists of freedom of speech and contempt' who have turned what was a real and potentially serious matter into an academic circus' and a 'cheap' show of their knowledge and understanding of constitutional law.
