    What else is there to explain. Mathematically a high percentage of "tourists" from Ghana overstay when their visas expire.

    High risk because statistics shows the number of illegal deported from the UK at UK cost are Ghana, Nigeria, India and Pakistan. This policy is to reduce this number period.

    Unfortunately, or Sadly, better still, incidentally, Ghanaians will afford and and manage to pay the 3000 UK pounds. Go to the Embassy on 1 August and see the number that has paid. Dont be surprised.
