I have a simple question for the writer. Why do you fill out a Withdrawal or Deposit form when you go the bank? They are filled for a purpose. Without having the receipt for your withdrawal or deposit as evidence,a teller can ...

Your analogy is porous. The deposit/withdrawal slip is the primary document, which is equal to the ballot papers, not pink sheets!!

  • Kwame Ohio 12 years ago

If what you write on the slip is not accurately stated on the receipt, will you not complain? For example if you deposit $5000 and the receipt says $500, won't you complain since what you wrote and deposited is not reflected ...

I think the writer has made a good point. If there could be a re-visit to previous elections to check on the pinks sheets to see if such problems did occur and to what extent did it occur it will also help the judges in their ...

This pink sheet strategy had been planned ahead of the voting in Mr. Mahama's strongholds, thus the court case we are witnessing.

  • African Star 12 years ago

On the basis of what we have seen so far, Okoe, you have a point. Just as the CREATOR does not sleep, neither does the citizenry of our beloved Ghana. Like Tsatsu says, aspects of the case beckon on criminality.

You have hit the nail on the head. This is the crust of our problem as a nation. Dishonest and empty headed intellectuals? They have failed our nation miserably and continue to do so.

How can the judges rely on the pink sheets as evidence when it is not even clear how many were actually submitted?

NPP has shot itself in the foot.

The case will collapse for unreliable evidence.
