READ: "...Beyond the futility of public opinions, it may not even matter how well a lawyer argues a case, but how the judges view and see the facts in the matter...."
OUR COMMENT: You cannot really be serious! What do you think is at bottom of the judges slapping prison sentences on citizens for merely speaking?

It is not at all surprising that political parties want to cater for a certain public opinion. After all, there might be a new election this year. Thus the public opinion is understandably important to the two parties involve ... read full comment
