And the moral society is the most guilty of all: the clergy, the chiefs, civil society etc.
Can anyone tell me why people kept mute when Nana Addo declared "all-die-be-die"? He went further to insult the sitting president, the late Prof Mills as "Prof-Do-Little". As if that was not enough Nana declared that he must "win-at-all-cost"!!! Yet all we could hear were feeble appeals generally to all politicians to avoid political insults! SHAME UNTO US ALL!
Nana's posture and violent mindset planted a psyche of insulting and aggressiveness into his followers and the lunatic fringe: the Sir Johns, the Anthony Karbos, the Ken Agyarpongs, etc who are naturally violent went into overdrive and this is the result we are having now.

There is always going to be one bad/negative thing about all that we deem to be good. Culturally, Ghanaians have been acculturated or trained to accept and remain polite while our fathers cheated and abused our mothers; we were to respect adults. In hindsight all we created was a climate for men to think they own women because they have always been destined to have the first crack at every job in Ghana at the expense of some of Ghana's smart women.
In return we had women and children become slaves to abuse in their homes and relations because men were sole breadwinners. Why should people be silent about grown men and women who engage in activities that undermine the health, wealth and morality of the nation because of their unadulterated stealing, tribalism, cronyism, nepotism and shameless hypocrisy? What is wrong with calling them thieves, vagabonds, bastards and or the words that appropriately describe the state of their actions? When a young man in Kumasi recently decided to post clips of him and a high school girl he had coerced into having sex on the internet and he was called out to be arrested, there were men who had derived some moral equivalency to such dehumanizing tart as just sex; it’s from a man's perspective. Would calling such a man or boy as an uncivilized jungle animal be out of bounds? Insults are meant to be accurate description of what people do that are against accepted norms, nothing more and nothing less.
Why is it civilized for poor people to die in this day and age in Ghana because they could not go to a clinic/hospital or for children to continue dying of malaria in Ghana while our “wonderful parliamentarians, the justices on the courts and the president and his henchmen get to drive $50,000 t0 $100,000 vehicles they can neither afford nor earn from hard work? I assume it makes it alright to respect greed rather than honesty and being principled to call them out by any other means
