The CHRAJ had personnel around the country
Observing to make sure that people's rights were respected. It issued a report affirming that was so.So what's your beef?

The issue is this: the report was signed 12 December 2012, so why wait six months before releasing it to the public? Secondly, in view of the on-going case at the Supreme Court, if it had not been released before the Petition was lodged, it most certainly should not have been released until the case was over.

The petition is probably the reason why a final report has not been released.
Nonetheless it is a moot point that all the observers concluded that the elections were free and fair overall, and endorsed the results.

You are right, let all those who think the election results should be nullified, go to hell. John Mahama won the elections and Akufo Addo lost, period !!

Only dudes and feeble-minded New Pinkshit Party supporters think a dangerous dwarf ought to be our president. But for goodness sake, will admirers of this dwarf spare us this nonsense by taking him to Kyebi and installing him as co-chief with his cousin Amoatia Ofori Panin? Then they can aptly confer the title "His Celestial Highness and King of the Realm of Dwarfs and Dudes of the New Pinkshit Party" on him.

It is not CHRAJ or The EC who made Mahama president. It is the people of Ghana who him president. If you have a problem with that, come face the people

Acheampong's desperation has pitifully warped his logical faculty; and he doesn't know the boundaries within which to argue. The sacrosanctness of state institutions whose functions are fundamental to the survival of human civilization is here being maligned by a power seeker. What 're the ends of this bogus, illogical piece? Once in opposition the CHRAJ, EC, GSS, National security are dysfunctional, even when their lynchpin remain same. This is a brazen evil grand scheme for undermining societal progress! Ghanaians expect you to--and you'll certainly one day take office--bring men from celestial space to man all state institutions. The best you expect is for all functional institutions to stand aloof even when their organic Acts mandate their involvement. Let your argument evinces nationalism and also be in sync with canons of logic. Show others your credentials before you try denigrating high profile personalities! Do piece should be dismissed; it is a venom of a saboteur!

The CHRAJ election report is worthless at this stage!
Seems to us CHRAJ never learned anything from CHRAJ v. Anane. That, if you must submit a document for consideration or review, it has to be in a timely fashion.

Akuffo-Addo filed the petition 4th week of December, possibly 27/28 December 2012.
However, it is difficult to tell when the Official "Preliminary Report" was uploaded to the CHRAJ website.
From what we can tell, the CHRAJ website has not been updated since "PRESS STATEMENT - March 25, 2013,
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY-MARCH 8...", of 25 March 2013.
