Yaa Asantewaa was not and can never be a Leader so please 'remove' Yaa Asantewaa from Leadership.
Apart from Kwame Nkrumah, Former Flt Lt Rt JJ Rawlings is the best Leader who liberated Ghana.

Come on Kola, be objective here, she was an outstanding leader. Did she not lead the Asante Kindom against the British?

Komla you do your best to promote harmony. That is good. Now let readers measure themselves by the yardstick you have put up. Some of us have been saying things like this for a long time.In the USA I guess they call it 2nd chance where the leader apologises for his/her misdeeds. Out our tin god "leaders" bold enough to accept and do that? Roman Catholics call it confession where you accept your mistakes and openly confess to a priest. Can our clay feet feet " lords " accept that. It is said the wise one learns from the mistakes of others. Thank uou for your beautiful article and I hope contributors will learn from you

Your article is full of basic mistakes that determines your educational standards. I will rather advice you to take the opportunity of your stay in the US, to further your education so that you can contribute to our nation building one day or SHUT UP and keep on with your cleaning job.Make good use of your stay!

The most unfortunate thing for both politicians and civil servants in Africa is that Africa does not have the military power to protect them, the same applies to our investors, to go further there is no force to protect the African in any peaceful and beneficial enterprise in the name of Africa and Ghana.
The issue about lark of leadership in Africa is not that the African is unable to lead himself to develop the continent but the aim of NATO members not to see Africa develop so that we continue to fetch water and hew wood for them.
Some African leaders have been killed in their bid to develop Africa and the last was Colonel Murmur Ghadafi of Libya. We are all aware that the United States of America got its independence from Britain with arms provided by France. The United States of America also fought a civil war to keep it as a united country so is the case with other NATO members, Russia, China and Brazil.
But the same countries conspire and connive at the United Nations to murder other presidents who attempt to keep their countries united.

Leadership does not always wear the harness of compromise. Once and again one of those great influences which we call A CAUSE arises in the midst of the general public. Men of strenuous minds and high ideals come forward...The attacks they sustain and endure are more cruel than the collision of arms...Friends and colleagues desert and despise them... They stand alone and oftentimes are made bitter by their isolation...They are doing nothing less than defy public opinion, and shall they convert it by blows ? YES !
