NDC accused of registering minors for elections
The ruling NDC party has been accused of allegedly inducing minors with ten thousand cedis and T-shirts and registering them with photo voter ID’s to vote in this year’s general elections.
The minors’ number about forty. The incident, according to the report, took place in the Odododiodioo constituency in the Greater Accra region. According to the Crusading Guide newspaper, which reported the story, two out of the fourty minors’, Felix Mankatta, 16 and Erich Bornarte 17, walked into the offices of the National Reform Party to tell how they were coerced into the act by the NDC.
Again it was realized upon investigations by the paper at the electoral commission by the Paper that details of the ID’s of the two minors corresponded with the information in the Electoral Commission’s IT’s manager’s computer. All attempts to have the Electoral Commission to comment on the issue proved futile because they were said to be at a meeting.

NDC is hot as it entices Togolese to vote in run-off?
The Crusading Guide writes that reports reaching the NPP leadership strongly indicate that the NDC has embarked upon dangerous moves to win the December 28 Presidential run-up at all cost. It said among some of the most dangerous and inimical decisions taken at a recent NDC meeting is a design to lure Togolese to vote in Ghana for 10,000 CFA and free transport.
Tribal sentiments, according to the paper, are to be whipped up where Ewes and Northerners will be pitted against Asantes, using the lie that the latter hated the former and in the event of a Kufuor victory, they (Northerners) will be sacked from Southern Ghana.
The Crusading Guide quotes Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, National Campaign Manager of the NPP as saying in a statement that "people from the target tribes are to be put on television to narrate false stories of persecution and harassment by Asantes, simply because of where they hail from and their support for the NDC."
Armed soldiers are also to be roped into the diabolic destabilizing plan where they will be deployed in NPP strongholds to scare voters from voting.

In any human endeavour there is bound to be minor human errors here and there which will be within the acceptable confidence limit of error.
So in my view when an election is declared "free and fair", it means just that it does not mean that there were no errors. But the factbis that those errors would not have affected the outcome of the overall declared results.
Now theEC saying the budget was footed by government simply suggested that, the government provided the funding for the election. When the EC said every resource was provided, simply means ALL the resources for the election was provided by government.. This does not in any way suggests that all the needed resources were provided. The emphasis here is ALL NEEDED. I therefore see your argument as pointless and lacks logic and analytically poor.
