Measures at the polling station could have enabled the presiding officer to remove the foreign materials in the box. If an extra ballot in the box warrants cancellation of results, then officer issuing the ballot can connive with any voter, give him/her two ballots to just invalidate all the votes in a polling station. This paves way for parties to do everything possible to fix their faithfuls as election officers especially in their opponents' stronghold. Please, let's reason up!
