I am happy that at least someone listened carefully to Afari Gyan and has raised some questions. Actually, the guy committed more blunders than you are even detailing here. For instance, he mentioned two types of "transpositional errors", to use his own words, that could cause someone who won to lose and the loser to become a winner. the question that arises is how many of those were committed in the recording and release of the results. This is the guy who had hitherto insisted that no mistakes were possible now telling us that indeed those errors could occur.
Coincidentally, the type of transposition error that get votes to be switched are part of the petitioners' case so it will be interesting when he gets to be cross-examined by the petitioners' lawyers.
For now, Afari Gyan has only been led in evidence by his own lawyers. They are only tickling themselves and laughing. Asem beba dabi. God bless Ghana.

After disturbing our ears that Ec reduced Nana' votes and padded Mahama's, fraud etc etc... they are now claiming irregularities in court which their star witness, another PhD holder has told the court when those irregularities were taking place he and me were not there! How then did he know these occurred? Transposition error: they occurred in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 and of course 2012 and non of the candidates including former presidents kufour and Rawlings did not climb mt Everest to tell the world that they were defrauded. Unless NPP can again prove in court that yes, transformation error occurred and in all the instances, including those that occurred in Manhyia, Kwadaso,Kibi etc benefited only John Mahama and no other candidate in the 2012 elections. Addison says the electoral system is flawed, Tsikata showed how flawed it was in Asokwa East and Asiedu Nketia confirmed the flaws. Only Tony Lithur has not corrobated what the Petitioners are aledging. I hope in passing judgement, the SC addresses these flaws and rebrandish the whole electoral process as needed for the next general elections
