What the Supreme Court Justices should be aware is that they are writing their own history with this petition. If there is a travesty of justice at the end of the case, people will mention their names (those whose decisions led to the denial of justice) with curses, demonization and anger. On the other hand if they dispense justice without FEAR or FAVOUR their names will be written in gold, people will bless them, they will receive well deserved plaudits and they would be immortalized in the history of Ghana and the world. So they have two choices: the path to ignomy and shame, and the path to manifold blessings and greatness.

There is a saying that "your lover is the tallest among the crowd" In this case, this writer is picking on these two Justices because I believe he the writer, has seen the writings on the wall -- that this petition is nothing but nonsense, and maybe these two Justices are just reacting to that fact. I don't know if the writer goes to the courtroom just to look at the demeanors of these two Justices. I understand everybody is looking at this case at the SC through their political prisms, but let's leave the judges out of this political machinations. The NPP party and its cohorts are attacking every institution in Ghana -- the Police, the Fire Service, the ECG, BNI, etc. What is next?

Now they have added Adinyirah to the grand agenda to paint some Justices as bias. By the time we finish with this court case, all the Justices will be branded bias. And that is the problem i have always had with NPP and thier sympathisers, when it is in thier favor all is good, but as soon as it goes against them then everyone is unfair against them. I remember when the Justices were over ruling most of Tsikatas objections, they were praising the Justices, they even went further to suggest that this shows that Tsatsu was not a brilliant lawyar after all, because according to them, a good lawyer will not have his objections over ruled so many times. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, they are rather blaming the Justices. Isnt it possible that may be, Tsatsu is after all very good and that Addison is rather not putting is arguement well infront of the Justices. The Justices are there to listen to sound arguements rooted in law, whoever is able to win that arguement wins the day and that is where you should channel your energies and stop antagonising the Justices. This same character is being shown by Addison, just yesterday he allowed Asiedu Nketia to talk more than he should and instead of him to direct him or cut him, he was rather blaming the Justices for allowing Asiedu Nketia to run his mouth. You guys need to grow up, this attempt to pitch some of the Justices against others is very cheap and the Justices have already seen through this diabolic strategy.

The NPP has never lost a case against the NDC in court and this will also not change this time around. It is rather the NDC, which is always complaining that the judicial is stuffed with pro NPP judges!

I was interested in your article because I thought you were a neutral psychologist and expert in body language trying to analyse things and enlighten us. I am disappointed because you did no such thing, but simply sought to criticise some members of the bench in my view, unfairly.

You have been selective in the examples you cited as the basis of your article, just as the petitioners case before the Supreme Court. Please note that no matter what the threat level may be, the Justices will deliver justice in this election petition case.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS ARTICLE. HOW CAN SUCH PIECE BE ALLOWED. BY THE WAY WHAT IS THE LEGAL STANDING OF THE WRITER. HE CAN ONLY WRITE THESE THINGS FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF ILLITERATES. THE COURT HAS RULES. THE JUDGES ARE NOT FOOLS. THE REST OF THE JUDGES HAVE A RIGHT TO OPPOSE THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT. INSTEAD OF WRITING SUCH MISLEADING PIECES I THINK THE NPP SUPPORTERS SHOULD REFLECT DEEPLY ON THE AREAS WHERE THE COURT HAS OVERRULED THEM. TRULLY I BELIEVE THAT THE JUDGES ARE RATHER SYMPATHETIC AND LENIENT WITH THE PETITIONERS BECAUSE I SEE SERIOUS GAPS IN THEIR EXPOSITIONS AND STYLE. THE OPINIONS OF,SOME NPP SYMPATHIZERS PROVES THAT ONE REALLY NEEDS A LAW CERTIFICATE TO PRACTICE.
