The court threw out the case because it was paid to do so. Allowing the case to go forward was going to open a can of worms and discredit a whole lot of lawyers affiliated to Nana Addo's law firm. Simply put, Nana Addo has no certificate because he did not complete any institution of law. That certificate never existed and therefore cannot be reproduced by anyone or any academic body, period.
Nana can never be president with this cloud hanging over his head. Not in Ghana or anywhere else. He has simply lied his way to the top by virtue of his backdoor connections. He is finished in Ghana and needs to go into exile somewhere.
The case by Kpegah is not finished yet. If not again by Kpegah, someone else will rsuscitate the allegations and it will get the time of day in court someday. Nana should just go into exile and forget about politics. The end is come already and the final chapter will be written when the case gets a hearing in court.

For all the number of years that pkegah was a judge and Akufo Addo wins all the cases before him, he could not question his legal status; he only finds it expedient now to bring it up, NOW? His professional success is no guarantee that he was properly called to the bar. They are different things.
You don't know when Kpegah knew of this. You are just ASSUMING that he knew of this long ago but is coming out now. That may be true but you don't have any evidence of that. It can also be untrue. Kpegah is a mischieve maker but, SOMETIMES, mischief makers scratch on the truth.
The most important thing in this issue is really simple: that Nana himself should provide incontrovertible evidence of his status. So far, he has NOT done that. He does not need Kpegah to resume the case in court for him to do that. The issue is beyond the courts. It is a moral one, not even a logical one. We don't even want the courts to resolve it. It is Nana himself who must do so. If he doesn't, people like you will continue believing that he is bona fide but many other Ghanaians will continue SUSPECTING that he is fake! The choice is entirely Nana's to make.

Why can't Akufo-Addo himself come out and show all Ghanaians (both his opponents and supporters) evience beyond all reasonable doubt that he is really what he says he is when it comes to the matter of his professional status? Why? Why is he treating this matter as a small one that he should not bother abput? Why? Why? Why?
Right now, even his own supporters don't exactly know the truth because he has not assured them of this truth.
An article last week by one Cristo raised similar concerns and added the Ghana Legal Council and the Ghana Bar Associaton to Akufo-Addo himself as the ones responsible for clearing the air around this issue. As for me, I think it is Akufo-Addo himself who is principally responsible for clearing the air. No one can do it for him. He can't say he is full up with the petition at the SC and does not have time for this simple issue.
Neutral Ghanaians who don't care about NDC or NPP just want to know the truth. Period!!!

Former president Kufour, I believed was deceived by Akufo Addo for a very long time with his bogus and fictitious credentials until he got win of it and booted him out of the Attorney General´s department. It is a fact that the top hierarchy of the NPP know about the Akufo Addo´s background but for party unity, have all along, refused to question it. Why are we not seeing the Ashanti caucus in court? Where are the top men of the NPP? Why are they absent from the court hearing?
It is only Akufo Addo himself who could help himself by coming out clean once and for all on all the alegations levelled against him all these while. Akufo Addo has missed a wonderful opportunity when his cohorts conived with him to throw Justice Kpega´s case againdt him away. That could have been the right time for him to redeem his imagine but as usual, the arrogance took the greater part of him. Isn´t it funny that, it was only when Justice kpegah brought the suit against him that Ghanaians know his certificate is lost? This is the man who wants to rule Ghana. If you can not take care of your own certificate(that did not exist anyway) how can we trust you for taking care of mother Ghana?
Akufo Addo is the greatest disgrace Ghana could ever have. A man full of questionable character.
If he thinks Kawku Baaku, the celebrated illiterate and the rest can safe him from these mess, then he lie very bad. He should come out right now before it´s too late. Death cases has no statue of limitation and can be opened anytime there is a clear evidence to the contrary so, is Kpegah prepared to tell when and how Nana killed William Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and used his credentials to his advantage?
