What is 'recategorize'? and what does it mean to you if not thievery?
You NPP and LET MY VOTE COUNT shoeshine boys & Girls are really the cause of Ghana's under-development as you all lack proper Education.

Well, i think Kola has expressed an opinion, whether the English is right or not. You put your act together and then you can proceed to make a claim. I think this whole court process is a waste of everyone's time, not to mention scarce state resoruces, etc. Many people are glued to our TV sets to follow the process, see the merits of NPP's complaint to enable us make informed decisions and choices for ourselves - inspite of what the SC decision might be. We did not bargain for duplicates/triplicates/quadruplicates, fumbling, giving vague responses and saying "you and I were not there", dodging questions, and above all, sheer arrogance and bullying from the NPP counsel. The whole world is watching us joke with ourselves!!!! God save Ghana.

Sometimes I just wonder who these NPPians think they are. You are given a chance to make a key presentation and you omit such vital information as exhibit numbers and expect the justices to allow this? My God!

cant just believe what happen at the supreme court today. How can a document be rejected because it does not have exhibit numbers. The petitioners could have been allowed to add the exhibit numbers and resubmitted them later on. The same court ruled that the petitioners can tender in these list during their reexamination and now the same chairman, Justice Atukuba who argued that Tsikata should tender in that aforesaid list is today shutting the petitioners down from tendering the same list........................OMG what he been told or given by his cousin President Mahama and his accomplices, Justice indeed...........shame on him.

U see how u reason? U think exhibit numbers could be fixed and submitted but do not think NNP could ask Presiding officers to sign their portions of pink sheet they left/forgot. That is law my brother. If NPP think EC officials should make errors, they should not also make errors and try to correct and resubmit.

The NPP cannot be treated differently from other Ghanaians. They make mistakes and want to use all the time in the world to correct them. When other people make mistakes then they claim that has "cost someone his presidency". These so-called learned people were actually given the chance against the objections of the respondents to submit the documents and they spent enough time cooking up the figures only to leave out a key and fundamental item which is the exhibit numbers used earlier.

But if you juxtapose the kind of fruitless exercise Philip Addison and his clients are engaged in, to the core objective of the group this young 'turk' belongs to, there is little wonder this rich country of our is heading downhill into the pit!
While this fellow, who judging from his style of writing must have some legal backgroud,is 'harping' about "seemingly manifest consistency of bias",his organization is actively preaching lawlessness and fostering anarchy in the country. He must thank his stars he and his colleagues still enjoy the freedom to push their myopic and "childish" political agenda! "Akom Ko".

When it is against them they sing God, God, God and blame it on everybody except themselves. Before the elections it as "The battle is of the Lord's". When they were trashed at the polls then they forgot of the Lord and started a new song " The battle of the Supreme Court's". Now they messed up a golden opportunity and rather than lick their wounds they are blaming Justice Atuguba.
