You can win a court case only if your evidence is real but, not with fictitious evidence with duplicate, triplicate and sometimes quadruplicate.
Analysis are written based on evidence so, if your evidence is not good what do you think will be the outcome?

Justice Atuguba forgets that the whole world is watching the ongoing case at Supreme Court. How can a judge of his stature and experience allow himself to be bullied by Tsatsu Tsikata? Is Atuguba afraid of Tsatsu? Do they discuss it before coming to Court? I can imagine the frustrations of Atuguba when the Chief Justice allowed the cameras into the court room. Things would have been worse for NPP lawyers handling the case if the election petition hearing was not broadcasted.

Before the declaration of the presidential results and the subsequent winner, the NPP Presidential-candidate, his Vice and the Chairman of the NPP signalled the Chairman of the Electoral Commission about suspected electoral malpractices, irregularities, omissions and commissions that have compromised the credibility of the results. Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan snubbed them.

The reason why the petitioners and their supporters do not want any incriminating letter read in court is because it exposes them for their shameless opportunism.
First they declared themselves winners and asked their supporters to start the celebrations in Sunday apparel. When it became obvious that they were on a losing streak the only course of action was to allege electoral fraud. Allegations were made of Akuffo Addo votes being awarded to Mahama. Mahama votes padded at several collation centres and electronic manipulation of transmitted votes by an Israeli company.
They do not want any of this mentioned in court because they have shamelessly abandoned those false claims and are now alleging irregularities. They have not been able to demonstrate that the irregularities involve EC officials and NDC officials acting in concert with rogue NPP polling station agents stuffing ballot boxes with alien material. So absence of signatures now forms one of such monumental irregularities. Yet Akuffo Addo in his letter stated that the only thing that mattered most and is sacrosanct is the constitutional right to vote. All other matters he described as inconsequential administrative tasks. Now these clerical errors ( which the petitioner himself has made many in his affidavits and exhibits which were presumably under the charge of the wizkid himself, Dr. Pink sheet) are no longer administrative tasks but constitutional and statutory violations. When asked to cite the specific law the star witness says I'm not a lawyer. Is it any wonder they consider any reference to their originating motives and intentions irrelevant. They are all relevant matters.

The next morning when the barber goes to open his shop, there is a thank you card and a dozen roses waiting at his door.
