1. Kpegah has never said that he knew of Akufo's status and the corruption in the judiciary since a long time. Adofo cannot accuse him of knowing something about Akufo for a long time and keeping quiet over it. Perhaps he got to know this only last year. Possible.
2. The fact that a person has been part of a corrupt does not mean that he cannot, at a later time, regret it all and decide to take some action.
And saying that someone is going mental is not a specific argument against a specific case. One must find arguments that specifically address the issue.
