It is quite incredible the way this matter in court is being allowed to be dragged on for so long with trivial technicalities.I should think,coppies of these pink sheets were not only served the NDC and the president but also to the court and were officially and legally received by all the parties involved with receipts without complaints.To my layman,s point of view,Mr Tsikata should not be permitted to trade his way into the court matter in this way which is a tactical move ostensibly to course a delay to the benefit of NDC which is un acceptable.Yaw Amofa and other people who think that the Ghanaian diasporans do not belong to the Nation are making a great mistake since we contribute by and large to the economy of the state by way of remitances to our sibblings and children in Ghana. Having stolen these pinksheets, they are now turning around to demand a recount of these pinksheets, knowing very well that the SC doesn't have the total 11,840 pinksheets under its custody. I strongly believe this to be the case.

If in an examination hall, candidates were required to write a paper which was subdivided into four section, that is section A, section B, section C and section D. Now all candidates did receive four papers each from the invigilators.After writing the paper for sometime a candidate realised that of the four sets of papers he was holding though, two of them bore the same questions. Mr Adofo If you were the candidate in question, what would be your position? Claim that you would continue to write the paper because you were supplied with four papers. In my opinion it is the quality and not the quantity that is pursuit in the audit.

Mr Adofo, what you don't understand here is that, the court clerk who receives the boxes, does not open them to count the sheets one after the other, all the clerk does is to look on the box, and records the number as written by the petitioner's. Moreso, the clerk won't even take the pain to know check is the each box containd duplicates pink sheets or not. The onus is on the respondents to crosssheck and also respond appropriately, and after they have done so, they have realised the pink sheets are not upto the 11842 claimed by the petitioners. Let the auditors do their work and after that the whole world will know who is telling the truth.
