To put all these partisan politics to rest is to re-write our constitution. I have been saying all along that the current constitution, is worthless. It is a testament of who we are as people ie, stupid, reckless, irresponsible, pathetic, dishonest and crass idiots.
How do we accept a constitution that puts all the powers into the hand of a single individual?
When Mills set up a commission, to look into the salaries of government officials with recommendation of increases or whatever, that opens the door for others to fight for better pay.
When Mahama took office, his salary was increased astronomically with a four year back pay. So was parliamentarian etc. Does it make sense? And this same man will tell others not to fight for salary increase. What a hypocrisy.
We are being led by fools who care more about their stomach. How can a nation uses 60% of her revenue to pay salaries leaving 40% to do what?
Commonsense has eluded all of us and where do we go from here? Nkrumah made a mistake when he blurted out that "the black man will be capable of managing his own affairs". He failed to look into the future of what lay ahead when it come to proper management of a nation's affair. Look at us. We are worse than those living in the stone age era.
