The writer, writes with a lot of passion. The writer has let out a lot of things. Our public sector in my estimation is too large. There are too many square pegs in round holes. Patrons of Politics get rewarded with positions for which they are not suited for. Most leaders in our control will like followers who follow with an unquestioning submission. Who can clean the system? Whose responsibility is it to build Ghana? To what extent can leadership go? To what extent can followers go? We need as a people to cut down on our public sector wage bill, clean the system of non-performers and give every single CEO a performance contract that is enforced. We will go through the motions doing activities with minimal results to show if systems do not change radically.
