Respect is earned and not a right. As the saying goes, if you play with dogs, they will lick your face, Kpegah has brought this level of disrespect and ridicule upon himself. Let not the youth be gagged least the nasty oldmen will take advantage of them.

One would believe that a justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana would exercise the prestige, integrity and the honor of the office he once held which is or should be characterized by justice. Not so fast with Justice Kpegah. This man has just proven to the whole world that he wasn't all that honorable. Why? Because, he knew right from the beginning that Nana Akuffo was a lawyer yet for his political gain, he has turned his face backwards to waste the time and resources of Ghana. Shame on him.

He reminds of an ugly unkempt senior of my co- ed secondary school in the 70s. His bad looks and obnoxious personality prevented him from getting dates on campus. This caused him to resent the good looking rich juniors who had girlfriends. He found a way to humiliate some guys by having them stand on the table at the dinning hall. Kpegah dislikes Nana of his privilege background, wealth and accomplishments. This frivilous claim is a poor attempt at lashing out at Nana. It is sad some NDC diehards are urging him on. Get a life because Nana's reputation is indestructible.

Of course he is being manipulated by the NDC to destroy Nana Addo because his personal integrity, legal brain and achievements in public life befuddle and petrify them--you see most of these NDC guys are low achievers always extolling mediocrity--that is why Ghana is sinking so fast. Now, hirelings, buccaneers and mercenaries of Justice Kpegah's stripe must be seen to earn their keep but they don't have to do so by declaring war on logic and common sense! Let Justice Kpegah be told that there are several ways he can ingratiate himself with his NDC paymasters other than the current path he has chosen. Justice Kpegah should be made aware that the justice of God grinds slowly but it grinds exceedingly fine.

History has it that after Nana was called to the bar at Middle Temple he headed to France to practice law. Can't he secure photocopy or any ressemblance of the cert to put Kpega to shme. Without malice, do you know that most star lawyers and medical guys are fraud.Can you phantom that the lead lawyer for Saddam Hussein,who performed at world stage, has been smoked out as a fraud and it has been established that he never was called to the Bar. History has a long list of persons with questionable characters gotten their name in both legal rolls and medical registers. Just check. What is in dispute is how (what channels) and by what authority Akufo-Addo did gain admission to Ghana Bar. The signature on his admission papers are in dispute because the secretary at the time did not have either the inherent right or rights vested in his or her position to admit applicants into the Ghana Bar. Complete your homework, Mr. Ebenezer Hagan, before you throw in your two cents.

Don't you think Kpegah should have completed his home work before making his allegations without any documents to prove or back his claim?? As a former supreme court judge do you think Kpegah did not know if he does not get his facts and evidence right he will lose this battle? Why will a former supreme court judge make accusations before he has all his evidence in hand? Why did he send his lawyer to represent him yesterday with no documents? Justice Kpegah has achieved what he set out to do which was to cast doubts in the minds of people as to whether Nana Addo is a lawyer. He knows exactly what he is doing, he knows how gullible some Ghanaians are, It is only Nana Addo's haters who still believe in Kpegahs accusations. Even if Nana Addo produces his certificates today, such people will claim it is fake, or the signature is a forgery or he has gone to pay bribe for the certificate. Abeeku, whatever Nana does, he is guilty in the court of haters public opinion.
