Ghanaians are peaceful people and that is why the election dispute is being settled at the courthouse and not on the streets of Accra or any regional capital.
My brother, what is happening in Ghana is what democracy is all about, freedom of speech where citizens are voicing what is worrying them.

If you steal something from me and you are caught, why should the stolen item be auctioned instead of being returned to me, the rightful owner? You see, if Akufo-Addo wins the case, his supporters will not agree to have fresh elections and Mahama's supporters will also be angry and become violent. That is why the Supreme Court has to throw the case out so that Ghanaians can move on and continue to live in peace. Thank you.

You are too simplistic and the mathematics involved in this case is confusing you. The court can find in favor of Nana Akuffo Addo that, the election was rigged in favour of Mahama and throw some votes out as Dr Bawumiah asked the court during his submission and the court can say that, by throwing those numbers out, Mahama did not receive the 50%+1 needed to win outright and Nana Akuffo Addo too did not receive the 50%+1 and therefore a rerun should be done to determine the winner.
The Court cannot just throw the case out without any technicality and caqnnot manufature one. One way or the other, a ruling has to be tendered and wherever the chips fall, that will be the decision of Ghanaians but I don't see why you are calling for the court to maintain the status quo.
You are even contradicting yourself with your own analysis. If it is determined that there was a rigging in favour of Mahama, why should we retain him in power to maintain peace?
