What do you have to say to this, "Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, and to God what belongs to God"?

Kpengson Ray...there is no Caesar to be given anything my a believer. Christ response was a display of sarcasm as the Romans wanted him to answer in a different way to nail him. But he knew his time hadn't come.

The clergy is broader than only your
christian enclave.Their sunday`s acts
are also myopic.Even some christians
have rejected sunday.However,your said
clergy are 7 days busy craving for
money.Prove me wrong.

A true Christian acknowledges the sabbath and seeks to keep it as such. faith has always been perceived to be myopic so let us be.

The clergy do not need to take up the roles you have suggested. Their lifestyles will do the ministry, and people with sound mind would emulate them. However the world has come to that stage where greed is at an all time high and many are doing their own bid and not following their call. The problem is not leaders, but the ordinary man like me and you. Our posture suggests we are willing to be exploited.

What are we trying to say here? Help me to understand your message.I was under the impression that many of Ghana's "men of God" live opulent and very privileged lifestyles. I'm referring specifically to the new breed of Bible thumping prosperity doctrine crowd who live in plush mansions, are chauffeur driven and are waited upon by a retinue of pliant followers. These are the "blots and blemishes" on the Christian landscape who prey on their gullible followers and justify their extravagant lifestyles by promoting the prosperity gospel. What a far cry from the original gospel brought to us by self-sacrificing missionaries many of whom lost their lives in the process.Neither the Lord Jesus Christ nor Apostle Paul would recognize the heresy masquerading as gospel today.I hope the writer is not alluding to these parasites of society.
