    And you think the AVRL delivered on their contract satisfactorily? I doubt that was the case. As for political cronyism it would remain unless we change the structure.

    A good piece. The cartels at GWCL would not allow this to happen. I urge govt to push for radical reforms in the urban water sub-sector.
