  There is no probative value to this article.what is claimed to be research findings are actual recast of the judicial process in a simplistic way.The standard of the essay is low and the analysis and evaluation even worse.I don't know what the article was intended for but I think the appropriate forum should have been a legal journal in Ghana and not this forum because it is not the right audience.
  
  The mandatory code which is the basis of the law deals with the rule of law and morals.For an effective discussion,the writer should have taken note of the common law and English law principles and its influence on the common law jurisdiction.Our precedents and how they bind the lower courts and decisions from other common wealth jurisdictions which are persuasive and are cited for their persuasive effect.
  
  For this forum the style should have been easy flowing to get people to read.Too many facts were alluded to for the comfort of the ordinary reader and finally discussions on the legal aid must take note of the fact that it is only conceivable in a welfare system.Of course legal aids as practiced by Bishop Dela and co are helpful and a basis for development.
