    Boy Kofi, read well. The writer did not say that if those votes were eliminated, Akufo-Addo would get 59%. He only said that is what the petitioners (not the writer) are saying. It is up to the petitioners to prove their case ...

    OHHHHHHHH, U'RE CAN'T BE SERIOUS. THE INABILITY OR REFUSAL BY A RETURNING OFFICER TO SIGN DOESN'T ANNUL ANY VOTES. AFTER ALL, POLLING AGENTS HAD SIGNED.
