Watching him, does this lazy Mahama have any leadership traits. Is it about appointing many northerners and ignoring Ewes and other tribes.

DISCIPLINED, ROLL-UP THEIR SLEEVES, ACTION-ORIENTED LEADERS AND GO-GETTERS DETERMINED TO REALLY ADDRESS OUR DEVELOPMENTAL CHALLENGES - NOT SOMEONE WHO ONLY SEES HIS ROLE AS LOOKING COOL AS PRESIDENT AND GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS, AND APPOINTING PEOPLE AS IF YOU ARE DISPENSING FAVORS WITHOUT INTERVIEWING THEM BEFORE? HOW CAN A NOMINEE SAY HE/ SHE HEARD THEIR NAME ON RADIO, ETC AND BE GUSHING GRATITUDE AND NOT HAVE ANY CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEIR JOB ENTAILS. ITS SAD!!!
I AM NOT SAYING AKUFO-ADDO WOULD HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER!!

Your argument is very clear, but there is another equally good counter argument. Coming out from a very fractious election whose results are not even accepted by a "vicious opposition, don't you think that some form of inclusive governance is the best for Ghana? I think that the NDC at present need the smaller parties like the PNC and the few albeit important positions given to some individuals who are not NDC I think is a good decision. Let the NDC understand this and don't do anything to undermine Mahama. Remember you will need all the support you can get to survive the inevitable show down between the NDC and NPP after the ruling of the Supreme Court on the disputed election results. The decision to involve the smaller parties in your governance structures will help you then.
My brother, can you convince me that inclusiveness is a bad thing for Ghana in our present circumstances? I would even encourage Mahama to give a few positions to the NPP, and come to think of it, Nana Akufu Ado! Why not?

Ghana is a prostitute,
sleep with her, take away her pride and dignity, reduce her to trash, infect her with economic viruses only to satisfy your wants, feed your greed and ego. Then, as a reward, pay her wit loose change , but never marry her.
Corruption galore is order of day. monies meant for the proper development of the poor people, is looted by the custodians in collaboration with old dwarfs and babies with sharp teeth. Monies syphoned abroad, they will school their kids abroad, buy homes abroad and bath in the affluence of waste , Then quickly re invent themselves as champions of the poor. New humanitarians using loose change of the same stolen money to mask their sins with the hypocritical open display of devotion to God whilst continuing the sin of draining her dignity and rendering her more trapped in poverty and this vicious cycle of the state of prostitution. Syphoning looted funds outside the country with no meaningful investment plough back to help creat jobs to support the economy .
This is beyond criminal. it is a sin. Today the drivers of our civility, (civil servants, doctors, teachers, etc..) Are on strike . Money meant for their purpose is siting in the private accounts of individuals in fine clothes portraying God image and reminding you of your shortfall to prayer . It's your money. Looted by these old dwarfs and babies with sharp teeth. After 50years of independence it is sad to note that our only development indicator is the measure of the number of westerners amongst us. More thieves

here you see the corrupt ndc useless health system at work. what they are saying is that another person has bled to death because of lack of blood . every day we hear of mothers dying at childbirth especially Akans because of lack of blood , even the president mills died in this absurd manner. the ewes have been able to organise that there is always a shortage of blood at the hospitals where predominantly Akans go. even an infusion is a challenge now , since these murderous ndc ewes can not yet come out shooting they devise all sorts of insidious methods to continue to persecute the Akans . they have infiltrated the npp all the way to the top and even here on this forum because they cant find enough fantis they use fake fanti names they can even spell right in order to lead us astray . their evil has been exposed and will be surely punished

I wish an individual like you had being part of Mahama's inner circle. You understood the points very clearly and I shared the same views you outlined. The biggest mistake was the wholesale change of Mahama's cabinet, something that was not necessary. At least Mahama should have retained 70% of the old guard and try his wholesale change after a year and half into his administration. He would have been able to analyze the situation better and get the right people into the right places.
Absolutely agreed with you on the appointment of Dr. Sully Gariba and he should be removed. He is not serving Mahama very well. We need an NDC veteran in that role and someone who understands Ghana’s politics and Sully is not one.
