It is equally sad that he did not know that reality/truth/certainty is part of a process, that certainty is a sequential twin of uncertainty, that without making an inquest into uncertainty you can't discover certainty. This is a fundamental reasoning am confident JSH graduates in Ghana are in harmony with.
It is more worrying Rockson failed to notice that by raising questions like,'Does he need financial assistance that probably DJ Sources can be of much help?', he has done the same thing he accused the learned Justice of.
Per Rockson's aptitude (as portrayed here) it is understandable that he did not know Kpegah used the word MAY for technical legal reasons. Because he did not adduce any evidence in the press release, and even if he has any, it will be an affront to law if he choose a platform like the media to present an evidence. That was why he said Nana should meet him in court and he would have his day in court.
Come out of the delusions of grandeur and stop ridiculing yourself that we here in Ghana are not intelligent and that the only place to acquire same is on a foreign land. Di Stefano was found to have links to former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, who he called a “nice guy” in a 2004 BBC documentary. He also had links to Zimbabwean dictator President Robert Mugabe, al Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden and late Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic.
Closer to home, Di Stefano who moved from Italy to the UK as a boy, also boasted about being asked to take on various highly controversial British cases, including defending Harold Shipman, a family doctor found guilty of murdering some 250 patients.
Prosecuting lawyer David Aaronberg told Reuters that Di Stefano had gained a reputation which brought him “the fame, or the notoriety, that he enjoys”.
“He was a man who was willing to provide legal services to clients whose cases others considered unwinnable or too difficult to defend,” Aaronberg said.
Di Stefano is scheduled to be sentenced later today. He was found guilty of 25 offences of deception, fraud, money laundering and forgery allegedly committed between 2004 and 2012.

My second point is that if Nana Akufo Addo has not seen the lecture theatres of Law school and has no course mates at the law school, yet could impersonate someone of blessed memory and can practice from a lay man's point of view as far as the laws of the country are concern when he has no iota of knowledge about law and he won many of his cases many of which were superintended by senile dementia judge, which have become LANDMARK cases in our law books then Nana Akufo Addo is really a brilliant chap who needs to be commended.
