The interim success we need is in soccer. And I agree with your tri-partite system proposal. I don't understand why some GH people will always discourage others from voicing out good intentions.

This age problem is somewhat a big problem in our game. How many of our players can play at the highest level for 10 years? It's very rare or better still none.
